The Rocket City Invitational is entering it’s 6th year! Man,we’re getting old. Thanks to all the teams that keep coming back each year and making this a fun event! This year’s tournament features divisions for everyone, a fun atmosphere, a move back to Huntsville, and of course the Golden Boot competition brought to you by Forevergreen. In addition to this, the tournament is an affiliate of the World Futbol Tour this year. So any team that registers for our tournament is eligible for the tournament held the next weekend. I have a competitive team that I have set up and sponsored that travels to small-sided tournaments. We havent heard about your tournament but wanted to know what the prize is.
We’d love to have you. The Open division is pretty competitive. We’ve had anywhere from College club teams, to semi-pro level (NPSL). Most teams in the Open are comprised of local players that played in college. As for prizes we tried having cash prize in the past, but it wasn’t too successful. You basically play for bragging rights and a trophy.
