Rocket City Invitational

It was  along weekend with temperatures reaching 99, a refreshing monsoon hitting us on Sunday for about 30 minutes, a busy massage table, crowded mist tent, and tons of soccer. Featuring 21 teams and a first ever womens division, the tournament was a huge success. Let us know what you thought about Dublin Park, or anything else for that matter, we are always trying to make it better.  Congratulations to all the winners as we had new champions crowned in each division.

Champions

Mexiquense defeated Wetdaddy’s to win the open 8-2 and take the title for the first time.

Bro-kin-toe defeated Schurke to win the Rec division 7-5 in a game that featured quite a few lead changes.

3rd string was able to win all of it’s games in the Women’s division to win the first womens title in the tournament history. Below is a video from the last game played between the sandlot and fusion.
